Having served over 17 years in the United States Army, I have developed the propensity for remaining resilient, finding beauty in unlikely places and embracing other cultures. I have a background in psychology and the health sciences which led me to bodywork as a personal path to integration of body, mind & spirit.
I am committed to balance and harmony in my work, and strive to enhance the wellbeing of each client by promoting a holistic approach to self-care. I firmly believe that receiving massage is one of the easiest and most rewarding building blocks in the creation and sustainability of a healthy life.
